30-DAY RETURN POLICY

To support this, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, which gives you sufficient time to review your purchase. Returning Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return,
1) The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
2) Proof of purchase or order receipt is required for all return requests.
3) Returns submitted without the original packaging or signs of use, excessive wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for a return or refund.
How to Start Return:
1) Contact our Customer Support team at info@airvots.com within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2) Clearly state your intention to return and specify the item(s) involved, along with your order number.
3) If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with our return address and detailed instructions on how to send your package. You may then arrange the return shipment using a carrier of your choice.
4) We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items. Airvots is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
5) Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Cost:
1) Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning their item.
2) If a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping costs paid through our arranged return process may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exchange Policy:
1) We do not offer direct exchanges for any products.
2) If you would like to receive a different item, the original product must first be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
3) Once the return is approved and the refund has been processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
1) If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@airvots.com.
2) Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and its original packaging for review.
3) Our support team will review the information provided and verify the issue.
4) Once verified, we will provide further instructions. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund. In cases where the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we may cover the return shipping cost where applicable.
5) Our customer support team responds to inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
Refunds:
1) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
2) If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Changes to this Policy:
Airvots reserves the right to update or modify this return policy when required. Any changes will apply only to orders placed after the updated policy is published on our website.
