Returning products is simple and straightforward:

The customer is responsible for covering the return costs, which must be paid to the shipping party. This applies whether the products are unsatisfactory or if you received a defective item.

Most packages include return labels. If you don't find them in the box, please email us at info@airvots.com or call at +1 254-384-8864, and we'll provide them digitally. You can then print and include them in the return package.

Please note: We only accept returns for products in NEW* condition. Returns with signs of use may be refused.

*New = Unopened products in their original packaging and items that have never been used.

Upon receiving and verifying your return, you can expect your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method used for the order.
